How to Order
What we can do for you:
 Pieces shown are the actual handmade works currently for sale. Contact us to check the availability of the piece you are interested in. We can reproduce, in the woods of your choice and sizes to fit, most of the designs in our portfolio. Contact Us to discuss materials, price etc.

We also do custom work, where the customer has an idea, or picture of a design, and we build it.When doing custom commissions, we do require a down payment deposit with balance due upon completion. If custom design work is to be done, a good faith deposit is required. Our furniture can be hand delivered or shipped by one of our carriers.

What is the lead time on a piece?
Lead time varies throughout the year, and is mostly a function of our back orders. Some of our furniture can be assembled and finished in only a few days; while others, a sofa for example can take six to eight weeks.

Send us an idea or picture and a short description of what think you might want. If it is something we don't think we can do, we may be able to refer you to a business that can.

Custom Projects:
Each project will be different; however, we use the following process as a guideline for our projects:

The client brings a design or brings ideas and collaborates with us on a design.

We work with the client to choose the right materials, colors, and textures for the piece. If feasible we will travel to survey the site where the piece will ultimately be placed

We produce a quote for the price of the project

We produce a three-dimensional rendering of the design

The client reviews the design and requests changes. This process continues until the final design is reached

The client signs off on the design; we request 1/2 of the project cost as deposit

The custom piece is built and packaged.

We deliver and install the piece, if applicable. Otherwise it's shipped.

 

Warranty Policies

All items are covered against manufacturer defects for one year beyond the delivery date.

The following are Not classified as manufacturing defects:

Normal stretching and/or softening of cushions pursuant to use.
Normal wear on leather/vinyl, metal, or wood finishes.
Light induced discoloration in finishes or other materials.
Natural Materials such as leather and wood are unique Natural markings and variations in color tones and patterns are not considered defects.

Repair Requests:
If you accidentally damage your item you may contact us for advice and recommendations on getting your item repaired locally. In some cases we can supply materials for repairs or the finishing product on the furniture.

Returns:
Stock items may be returned within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Shipping charges are non refundable Clients are responsible for shipping expenses on returns.

How to return an item:
Here is the simple process for returning an item:
Contact us to obtain return instructions.
We can provide you a UPS Return Service label or, for an additional charge, arrange a UPS pickup for you. You are responsible for shipping costs. We will send you a return label via email or regular mail.

Repack the product in its original crate and packaging materials, and let us know once it’s shipped.
